How Cloutive made an impact
Cloutive helped Clubee modernise its AWS platform by implementing a secure, automated, and scalable cloud environment using Infrastructure-as-Code and containerised workloads. The new foundation provides consistent deployments, strong observability, and improved operational reliability across all environments. Cloutive designed and delivered a fully managed AWS setup using a multi-AZ ECS architecture with monitoring, CI/CD, and security controls built into every layer.
To support Clubee’s goals, Cloutive delivered:
A stable ECS-based foundation: Built a multi-AZ Amazon ECS environment with RDS PostgreSQL, EFS, and S3, ensuring workloads run reliably across isolated private subnets behind a secure Application Load Balancer..
End-to-end observability: Implemented CloudWatch metrics, logs, dashboards, alarms, and Slack-integrated alerts for API latency, resource utilisation, and service health — enabling faster troubleshooting and proactive monitoring.
Infrastructure-as-Code automation: Migrated all AWS resources into CloudFormation and GitLab pipelines. No manual console actions are needed; all infrastructure changes are version-controlled, peer-reviewed, and fully repeatable.
Strengthened governance and security: Applied IAM least-privilege roles, encrypted storage, VPC network isolation, CloudTrail logging, and baseline guardrails across environments to ensure a consistent and secure operational posture.
Streamlined CI/CD and deployments: Standardised the deployment flow for Development, UAT, and Production using GitLab CI/CD pipelines with validation and smoke tests to ensure consistent application releases.
Controlled and documented environments: Created environment configuration sheets defining VPC, subnet structure, ECS services, IAM roles, RDS parameters, and operational endpoints — enabling fast onboarding and predictable operations.
